Data
Your data
Products, customers, orders and their full history belong to you. You export them yourself from the admin, and we prepare a complete database export for you on request.
Looking for a WooCommerce alternative but don’t want to give up ownership? Moving to Magento, you keep it: the code, data and design stay yours. Hosting, updates and security we take over, for a fixed flat fee. We migrate your data and SEO. Everything Magento can do →
On WooCommerce, you already own your store. After the move, that stays the same - operations just stop being your worry.
Data
Products, customers, orders and their full history belong to you. You export them yourself from the admin, and we prepare a complete database export for you on request.
Code
Full access to the source code. We manage the repository, you can see into it, and you take it with you if you leave.
Design
The theme is yours. Our team fine‑tunes it, or your own developer does.
Integrations
Open REST and GraphQL APIs. Connect accounting, ERP, warehouse and marketplaces directly.
Markets
Dozens of stores in one installation - each with its own domain, language, currency and prices. One catalog, one admin.
Time
Updates, backups, security and monitoring are our job. You focus on selling, not on the server.
Today, updating plugins, WordPress and the server is up to you - or to someone you pay by the hour. With us, ownership stays yours and we take over operations. What is Magento? →
Hosting, security patches, upgrades, backups and monitoring are part of the flat fee. You don’t have to keep an eye on them.
A fixed monthly flat fee based on server capacity. No percentage of revenue - the price doesn’t grow with your sales.
You run on Magento Open Source, an open platform. You can leave any time - your code is in the repository, and we prepare a complete database export for you free of charge.
Custom changes go into the platform as tested modules that our team builds and guarantees - so the next update doesn’t break them.
You add another market or brand as a new store in the same installation. With a shared catalog and one admin.
Everything you’ve built on WooCommerce comes with you. We move the data straight from your store’s database; you don’t retype anything by hand.
Products, variants, attributes and images.
Categories and their structure.
Customers, orders and their history.
301 redirects from the old URLs - the default /product/ and /product-category/ and your own, if you changed them. Your SEO stays intact.
What your plugins do. We don’t carry them over 1:1; we find a replacement in Magento’s features, in Deedhold modules or in proven extensions.
Step 1
We go through your store, plugins and integrations and define the scope. Free of charge.
Step 2
We build the platform and migrate the data. We either use a pre‑configured theme or build a custom design.
Step 3
WooCommerce keeps running. Meanwhile the new store goes through acceptance tests against a checklist agreed in advance.
Step 4
Go‑live with no downtime wherever possible. Every switch comes with a rollback plan ready.
Ownership
You keep the ownership. The only thing that changes is who runs it - updates, security, backups and performance as your catalog grows we take over, for a fixed flat fee.
SEO
We map the old product, category and page URLs to the new ones with 301 redirects and verify them on staging, so you keep your search rankings.
Plugins
WordPress plugins can’t be moved to Magento. We go through what each one does and find a replacement: a Magento feature, a Deedhold module or a proven extension. For the Czech market we have Packeta and PPL with pickup points on one map.
Price
With an annual commitment, the basic migration project and a basic theme are included in the price. Without a commitment, a migration project starts at €2,000 excl. VAT, depending on where you’re moving from. Changes beyond the basics always come with a budget approved in advance.
Operations
We do. Hosting, updates, security and monitoring are part of the flat fee. Our team has 15 years of e‑commerce experience. You own the solution; you don’t have to manage it.
Development
They can change the theme (the Hyvä frontend) without limits - through pull requests and code review. Backend modules and integrations are built by the Deedhold team, so we can stand behind operations and upgrades. Exceptions are assessed case by case.
B2B
Customer groups with their own price lists are right in the platform, and so is the company ID field at checkout, filled in from the Czech ARES register. Advanced B2B - company accounts, quotes or a product range hidden for specific buyers - we handle with proven third‑party modules that we recommend.
Expansion
In one Magento installation you run dozens of stores - each with its own domain, language, currency and prices, with a shared catalog. You pay for server capacity, not for the number of stores.
