Deedhold exists because we believe merchants should not be locked into someone else’s system just to get peace of mind about operations. We build a Magento platform that combines the freedom of your own solution with the comfort of a managed service.
Hosted platforms are great until you start to grow. Then come plan limits, a closed ecosystem of add‑ons and the question of who actually owns the system, the data and the customers - plus fees that grow with your revenue. Your own Magento solves most of these problems. But it also shifts responsibility for infrastructure, security, monitoring, upgrades and technical operations onto the merchant. Not with Deedhold - we take that responsibility on.
Two extremes. For a long time, there was nothing in between.
We believe Magento can work differently. When the platform is built right, with clear standards and a focus on upgrade‑safety, running Magento does not have to be chaotic or unpredictable.
We started Deedhold to combine the freedom of your own Magento solution with the comfort of a managed platform. The merchant owns the system, the data and the customers - the platform handles infrastructure, security, monitoring, updates and operations.
We do not want to build yet another closed SaaS platform. And we do not want to work like a classic agency built on endless maintenance hours and expensive upgrade projects.
We are building an operations layer for Magento e‑commerce - a stable technical foundation on which merchants and developers can grow for the long term.
Magento is not a new experiment. We have 15 years of experience with production Magento e‑commerce - from smaller stores to enterprise installations. We know where Magento fails - and that most problems are not caused by the platform, but by uncontrolled development and missing standards.
