The customer finds the tracking number and link in the e‑mail and in their account.
Czech customers want a choice: a pickup point, a parcel locker or delivery to their door. Deedhold puts Packeta and PPL pickup points on one map at checkout, and adds home delivery, in‑store pickup and international carriers.
The customer doesn’t have to switch between carriers. They pick a point on the map, and you see it on the order.
Packeta and PPL share one map at checkout. The customer picks a pickup point or locker on it, the location is saved to the order, and you see it in the admin.
You export orders in bulk to CSV and upload them to the Packeta client zone or myPPL.
The list of Packeta pickup points updates every day.
You set shipping rates as a table by weight, order value or number of items, and destination country. Checkout applies the right price based on the cart and the address.
Above an amount you choose, checkout offers free shipping automatically.
You add a packaging surcharge as a fixed amount or a percentage.
