For stores selling on the Czech market, consent to the terms and conditions at checkout, the notice of the statutory guarantee with the GARAN label and the seller details are ready today. A cookie banner, the lowest price in 30 days, online withdrawal from the contract and a cash on delivery limit are coming soon as Deedhold’s own modules. The wording of your terms and their legal review remain up to you.
Legal elements appear to the customer at different points of the purchase. The diagram shows where each one appears and what state it is in.
Each obligation has its place: the cookie banner on the first visit, the lowest price on the product, the guarantee notice at checkout, withdrawal from the contract after the purchase. Solid lines mark the elements that work today, dashed lines the ones we are preparing.
Available today: mandatory consent to the terms and conditions, the notice of the statutory guarantee with the GARAN label, and a structured company ID (IČO) with the commercial register entry.

Without ticking the consent box, the customer cannot place the order. There can be several documents, and each has its own text for every language version.
The Slovak store shows the Slovak terms, the Czech one the Czech terms - based on the language the customer shops in.
You edit the wording of the documents in the admin yourself, without a developer.
Two things the store does right from launch.
A mandatory checkbox with your own text, for example I agree to the terms and conditions.
Several documents at once, each with its own checkbox.
Separately for each language and store.
You enter the company ID (IČO) and the commercial register entry once, in a structured form and in one place.
The details are taken from there for documents and the store footer.
The company ID is validated for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
